   I would be thrilled if this became an annual event in our neighbourhood. Our tour guide Ken was fantastic….he knew all stops along the way and was so knowledgeable and easygoing. His enthusiasm was infectious!

   I am very impressed with the Whole Art of the Danforth event… the scope, the duration, the creativity and the public engagement. I experienced friendly, enjoyable conversations with artists and passers by about the arts and events presented. I love the whole idea of pulling the arts out of isolated (and isolating) studios. Without an event like this, how would we ever know about all of the colourful, fascinating stuff that artists are doing, right here in our neighbourhood.

   I’m grateful to all those who put their energies and resources to work on such an ambitious undertaking. Well done! It’s exactly what we need, it brings people of different ages, cultures and walks of life together and deepens our attachment to the Danforth. Please do it again next year. I didn’t know how badly we needed it until I saw you all in action.
